Semiconductor
Module Test (AT, VM, reliability testing), equipment CM, utilities, safety inspections, waste disposal, process logistics, line cleaning, cleanroom suit management.
Battery
Electrode: Mix positive/negative active materials, coat them with aluminum/copper, then roll them.
Assembly: Stack the electrodes and separator, package them in pouches, and inject electrolyte.
Formation: Impart battery characteristics through charging/discharging and aging.
Pack: Combine and connect multiple cells to assemble the battery pack.
