1. Employee Feedback and Safety Inspections

SamKoo Inc launched the "SamKoo Safety Report Channel" on KakaoTalk in February 2024 to listen to gather employee feedback on workplace safety and health and incorporate it into daily operations.
This channel facilitates real-time communication. It is used to share safety and health-related updates, including campaigns, work methods, and accident cases.
Additionally, semi-annual and specialized safety inspections are conducted, tailored to the industry and site characteristics. Each quarter, top-performing worksites and outstanding employees are recognized and rewarded.

2. Major Accident Prevention: Establishment of Safety Management Monitoring System

• SamKoo Inc continuously refines and monitors its safety and health management system to fulfill its obligations under the Serious Accident Punishment Act.
  In the second half of 2024, the company conducted on-site inspections across all business locations to strengthen safety implementation. Additionally, a Safety Management Monitoring System was established to enable real-time tracking of compliance status.
  This system ensures adherence to regulations such as the Occupational Safety and Health Standards, while also facilitating proactive measures to effectively manage and mitigate workplace hazards.

3. Emergency Response System and Training

Each worksite has an established emergency response system and conducts annual emergency response training to prepare for fires, natural disasters, and other emergencies.To respond effectively to real-life emergencies, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and rescue blankets are provided. Regular training includes CPR and other emergency response drills.
