Human Rights ManagementSamKoo Inc is committed to human rights management and, to prevent human rights violations in its business operations, established a Human Rights Management Policy in 2022.
To fulfill its human rights responsibilities, SamKoo Inc ensures compliance with international standards and guidelines on human rights and labor, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

SamKoo Inc established an in-house employee welfare fund in 2023 to enhance employee well-being and quality of life.
Additionally, the company implemented various initiatives to support work-life balance and obtained the Family-Friendly Certification in December 2024.
